She has led more than 30 digital products in sectors including healthcare, financial services and consumer goods in the US, UK and Asia Pacific.
Louise has worked in two start-up businesses and spearheaded two ground-breaking VOD services working with the BBC, ITV and Channel 4 in the UK. Other clients have included McDonald's, hp, the ABC, npower, British Gas and News Corp.
Louise brings expertise in governance, policy and regulation and was a member of the Convergence Review Committee, which reviewed media and internet regulation for the Australian Government.
Louise's board roles include a non-executive director for Sydney Living Museums; Chair of UTS' Advisory Board for the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences and a NSW Councillor for the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Bernard Macleod brings CEO and executive experience gained in the US, Europe and Australia. He has helped international media companies adapt their business models for new technology and geographies. He has worked for the BBC, Time Warner, Channel 4, Sky and Fremantle Media and built joint ventures and businesses in China, Australia, Singapore, the US and across Europe.
Bernard's experience includes executive producing a range of drama and factual television, media financing and distribution and expertise on programming rights and content pricing.
Bernard's expertise in strategy and commercial management, combined with his training and practice in psychology and psychotherapy, makes him a sought after strategy advisor, coach and facilitator.
Bernard works as an executive coach with CEOs and leadership teams. This work includes off-site strategy sessions, ongoing CEO coaching and engaging and aligning executives and teams around strategy with retained services.
